To participate in the parade, you just need to turn up before 1pm on the day and all groups, organisations, and individuals are all welcome to join.

Pets are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not permitted in the Howden Park Centre but are permitted outside. Please be considerate of other attendees and clean up after your pet.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and proud. Many attendees dress in colorful, festive attire to celebrate the occasion.

The event will go ahead rain or shine. Please come prepared for the weather, it is Scotland after all. Some activities may be moved to covered areas if necessary.

There is a dedicated youth space with activities all day.

Although we ask attendees to register via the Eventbrite page it is not compulsory. This is to help us gage number of attendees and helps us stick to event regulations.
